To order: simply add mat to cart, then visit cart and enter the surname and initial required on the mat in the 'Add a note to your order' section in the bottom left corner of the cart. Please also note the year you would painted on your mat. Please ensure correct spelling as no refunds can be issued for incorrect spelling due to customer error.
